ExcLand Company Limited is the subsidiary of Opulence Management Limited.

Excland Company Limited (“”we””, “”us””, or “”our””) provides the content and services available on the website, https://www.excland.hk (“”Site””) to you subject to the following terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions and policies which you may find throughout our Site in connection with certain functionality, features or promotions as well as customer service, all of which are deemed a part of and included within these terms and conditions (collectively, “”Terms and Conditions””). You may be accessing our Site from a computer or mobile phone device and these Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Site and your conduct, regardless of the means of access.

We may also interact with you on third party sites where we post content or invite your feedback, such as Facebook and Instagram (“”Third Party Sites””). At any time before Excland has completed the processing of the order:


  • Excland may cancel an order if the Product is not available for any reason or any other reasons which would prevent the fulfilment of the order. Excland will notify the Customer in this case.
  • The Customer may cancel the order by contacting our Customer Services. However, if Customer Services informs the Customer that the processing of the order has been completed, the Customer cannot cancel and the delivery will be fulfilled.
  • All such cancellation of orders already paid for by the Customer will be refunded in accordance with the original payment method.
  • Excland does however reserve the right to suspend or cancel any order placed by a Customer with whom a dispute exists regarding the payment of a previous order.
